Hamming it up for the cameras, Cameron Diaz was bald and beautiful while filming scenes for her new movie “My Sister’s Keeper” at the Santa Monica Pier on Wednesday afternoon (May 21).

Co-starring with

Abigail Breslin and Sofia Vassilieva, the film tells the sad story of a girl (Vassilieva) battling leukemia and the strife it causes within the family.
