It was rise and shine to an early dawn workout for actor Matthew McConaughey, who was spotted out in Beverly Hills on Friday AM (May 16).

tee with exercise vest overtop, the Fool’s Gold hottie worked up a sweat with his trainer by his side – running laps around the neighborhood.
